Jenna Emmons, LPC

Jenna is a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Widener University, and then went on to earn her Master’s degree from Walden University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2017. She has experience working in the community mental health field, providing support and guidance for individuals from diverse backgrounds who experience challenges with major depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, and bipolar disorder. She specializes in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and utilizes evidence-based practices of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practice, and person-centered therapy. She works collaboratively with individuals to identify and implement effective coping skills to overcome life’s challenges and achieve their long-term, life-worth living goals.
