- No Show/Late Cancellation (60min) - $50.00
*Psychological Testing does not cover additional fees such as Expert Witness or Record Review. We do not operate on contingency. Insurances are not guaranteed for Psychological Testing Evaluations. Forensic and Educational Evaluations cannot bill insurance.Insurance may not reimburse for mediation, review of records, extensive phone consultation or missed appointments. This is merely an estimate and we cannot guarantee this is the final amount due.
