• ACT 235 (1 hour) - $400• Psychological (5-6 hours) - $2,000 ($2,000 retainer)• ADHD (5-6 hours) - $2,000 ($2,000 retainer)• Parental for Custody Court (6-8 hours) - $2,800 ($2,000 retainer)• Competency (5-6 hours) - $2,000 ($2,000 retainer)• Autism (4-7 hours) - $2,800 ($2,000 retainer)• Psychoeducational (8-12 hours) - $4,800 ($2,000 retainer)• Neuropsychological (8-12 hours) - $4,800 ($2,000 retainer)• Child Custody (15+ hours) - $12,000 ($6,000 retainer)• Testimony/Deposition (half-day) - $2,000 ($2,000 retainer)• No Show/Late Cancellation - $1,000

*These rates are self-pay without insurance or out of network. Paperwork can be supplied for reimbursement. **Retainers are due at time of scheduling. Psychological Testing does not cover additional fees such as Expert Witness or Extensive Record Review. We do not operate on contingency. Insurances are not guaranteed for Psychological Testing Evaluations. Forensic and Educational Evaluations cannot bill insurance. Insurance may not reimburse for mediation, review of records, extensive phone consultation or missed appointments. This is merely an estimate and we cannot guarantee this is the final amount due.
