Jenna Emmons, LPC
Jenna is a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Widener University, and then went on to earn her Master’s degree from Walden University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2017. She has experience working in the community mental health field, providing support and guidance for individuals from diverse backgrounds who experience challenges with mood disorders, anxiety, adjustment disorders, and interpersonal issues. She utilizes evidence-based practices of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Mindfulness interventions, and takes an eclectic approach to meet the specific needs of each individual. She works collaboratively with individuals to identify long-term goals and implement effective coping strategies to overcome life’s obstacles.
